Ingredients

2oz Blue Moon® Belgian White Belgian-Style Wheat Ale

1 1/2oz Gin

3/4oz Honey Syrup

3/4oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice

1/4oz Fresh Lemon Juice

1/4oz Elderflower Liqueur

Garnishes

Grapefruit Twist, Mint

Method

1. Combine gin, honey syrup, juices and elderflower liqueur in Collins glass

2. Fill glass with ice

3. Top with Blue Moon Belgian White and stir gently

4. Add grapefruit and mint garnish

*Honey Syrup:

1. Heat three parts water to one part honey (approx. 10-15 minutes)

2. Allow to cool, store
